Giacomo Marzi is a Lecturer in Strategy and Enterprise at Lincoln International Business School. Giacomo received his PhD in Management in 2018 from the University of Pisa, School of Economics, in Italy. His main research field relates to Innovation and Technology Management, both in manufacturing and IT companies. Within this domain, he focuses on the application of Agile principles to new product development and other issue related to the new product development and uncertainty. His research expertise is also related to bibliometric analysis where he served as methodology expert in various fields, from Innovation to Entrepreneurship, and Knowledge Management. He has authored and co-authored several papers that appeared in journals such as Journal of Business Research, Scientometrics, Business Process Management Journal, and International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management. His work has also been presented at conferences like the Academy of Management, European Academy of Management, and Innovation and Product Development Management Conference. Giacomo is a member of the editorial board of IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management and also a reviewer for Journal of Business Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management, and Journal of Knowledge Management.
Andrea Caputo is Reader in Entrepreneurship, Head of Research Training & Development, at the Lincoln International Business School of the University of Lincoln in the United Kingdom. He has formerly served as Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Princess Sumaya University for Technology, in Jordan from 2013 to 2015. Dr. Caputo received his PhD in Management in 2013 from the University of Rome ‘Tor Vergata’, School of Economics, in Italy, and he is an Alumni of the INSEAD Advanced Valuation Programme. He has also been Visiting Faculty Member at several universities around the world, including the University of Queensland, The George Washington University, the University of Pisa, the University of Alicante and the University of Seville. Andrea’s main research expertise is related to negotiation, decision-making, entrepreneurship and strategic management; covering subjects such as integrative negotiations, strategic negotiations, cultural differences, cultural intelligence, women and entrepreneurship in developing countries, and innovation. He has authored a number of international publications and his work has been presented at international conferences, such as the International Association for Conflict Management, the Academy of Management, and the European Academy of Management. In 2014, he has been awarded with the Emerald Highly Commended Paper by the International Journal of Conflict Management. He is also an active management consultant and negotiator.
