The digitalization of the economy affects the education sector in surprising ways. This is why many companies, institutions and universities are digitizing a large part of their training. E-learning is increasingly used around the world. In 2020, the global e-learning market share will exceed $190 billion. By 2025, this market share is expected to reach US$325 billion. As we can see, e-learning is an important part of training today. Companies and schools are increasingly using this good practice. This is easier to understand thanks to the advantages of e-learning: Reduced cost; fun and motivating training; accessible anywhere, anytime and on different technological devices; time saving and original training experience (gamification, certification, etc.). Digital learning proves that the digital revolution has almost no limits in the world. The extension of e-learning to digital learning has completely changed training and learning habits. In universities and companies and even at home, anytime and anywhere, innovative e-learning tools, such as online videos, e-learning quizzes, interactive games and digital learning courses, can enhance knowledge exchange. Based on what exists, e-learning covers different teaching practices. It offers training, or self-training, accompanied by activities, exercises (quiz), personal work, group work, project groups, tutoring, coaching, case studies, project implementation, etc Thus, personalizing training and the services that accompany e-learning and the involvement of users are the conditions for success. Learning by this new means which has advantages especially in terms of time and space management. Of course, this requires an additional effort that the services allow to provide in a rationalistic way. The aim is to produce an ambitious education system for a future learning society.

The aims of the book project are to provide: - On the one hand, work concerning the design and development of management systems, learner profiles, learning activities and e-learning projects, etc. And - On the other hand, the design, development and implementation in an LMS platform of e-learning projects (training) based on educational engineering models.

Target Audience

The project is intended for trainers of online training, that is to say people who deal with distance training, in particular online training, to improve their skills in the design and development of online training using platforms e-learning. Currently, all universities in the world consider that e-learning is a practice that has become necessary in the training of students, this implies that all academics will be obliged to participate in the realization of online training / modules through online platforms. -learning. So, this allows them to have a very good knowledge of the steps of carrying out an online training/module, which means that this project is intended for any university teacher who practices in an academic institution.
