IGI Global’s Awards Programs

In order to recognize the outstanding efforts of its contributors and collaborators, IGI Global offers various internal award programs to identify impactful research that significantly enhances the body of knowledge available to the academic community. Please view IGI Global’s Awards below:

IGI Global Journals Distinguished Fellowship

This fellowship is awarded to one IGI Global Editor-in-Chief (EIC) annually. The EIC must exhibit a record of success in raising citation, visibility, and scholarship of their journal. They must also secure an adequate quantity of submissions from industry leading authors and publish each journal issue on a timely basis. In addition, this honor highlights exceptional work in gaining recognition of the journal in top indices.

Academic Librarian Sponsorship Program

As a proud diamond sponsor of the Annual Charleston Conference, IGI Global awards one librarian a travel stipend to attend the conference on an annual basis. This stipend enables librarians to grow professionally and increase their understanding of the changing state of knowledge resources.
