Introduction

This book is about the "critical aspects" of human resource devellopment. Critical is a strong word, that may have many meanings. In this book it means "hugely significant" and deserve action. Crucially they make a set of topics managers should know about, Therefore this book could work as a "handbook to deal with crisis" because we seek to know not only what the critical topics are, but also what are theories about these problems and how these problems have been dealt in practice. So we seek concepts theories and practical cases about "critical topics on hrm" . Each author will have to explain how the topic choosen is "critical"

Objective

The impact in the book will be considerable because we intend to find theories about the critical topics and also a set of practices. As previpously mentioned it will be like a "compendium" about topics that usulaly are analysed in separation - and this will be interesting for researchers because they will be able easily to make some connections about topics that usually are analysed separately and connections are fundamental in social and human sciences.

Target Audience

The book intends to give it to companies as a "handbook for crisis", to colleagues as a "food for thought" and tor students as a "manual for study" because some students have "critical topics" as a course in their management course

Submission Procedure

Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before May 5, 2024, a chapter proposal of 1,000 to 2,000 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors will be notified by May 19, 2024 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines.Full chapters are expected to be submitted by August 18, 2024, and all interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions at https://www.igi-global.com/publish/contributor-resources/before-you-write/ prior to submission. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.

Note: There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to this book publication, Critical Aspects in Advanced Human Resource Management. All manuscripts are accepted based on a double-blind peer review editorial process.
