She has earned Master of Tourism Administration degree from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal Central University, India, Master of Business Administration Degree from Maharishi Dayanand University, India and M.Phil from Madurai Kamaraj University, India. She has 14 years of experience in the industry, academics & skill-based vocational training. Ms Priyanka has published many research papers in international peer-reviewed journals and edited 4 books. She has expertise in product development, resources management, human resources practice and cultural tourism.
