Richa Goel is Associate Professor-Economics and International Business at SCMS Noida, Symbiosis International Deemed University, Pune. She is a Gold Medalist in her Master of Economics with dual specialization at master level accompanied with an MBA in HR and also with dual specialization at graduate level with Gold Medalist in Economics Honors also with Bachelor of Law. She is Ph.D. in Management where she had worked for almost 6 years on area of Diversity Management. She has a journey of almost 21+ years in academic. She is consistently striving to create a challenging and engaging learning environment where students become life-long scholars and learners. She has to her credit many Scopus Indexed Books including Research Papers in UGC, SCOPUS, ABDC publications in reputed national and international journals accompanied with hundreds of Research participation in International/National Conferences including FDP, MDP and Symposiums. She is serving as a member of review committee for conferences and journals. She is handling many Scopus International Peer Reviewed Journals as Lead Editor for regular and special issue journals. She is acting as the Associate Editor & special issue Editor of Journal of Sustainable Finance and Investment, JSFI is abstracted and indexed in the Chartered Association of Business Schools Academic Journal Guide (2018 edition) and Scopus, Print ISSN: 2043-0795 Online ISSN: 2043-0809. According to SCImago Journal Rank (SJR), this journal is ranked 0.52 under Q1 category. Her area of interest includes Development & Sustainable Economics, Economics Business Restructuring, Fusion of Technology with International Business.

Dr. Sukanta Kumar Baral, is an acclaimed global academician, closely associated with several National and Foreign universities for multiple academic and research activities. Prof. Baral has been applauded as a pragmatic visionary, who works to comprehend the social and economic factors that sustain poverty cycles and sustainable marketing practices globally in order to assist in the development and assessment of different successful social programmes. He has developed a novel approach to deliver by elucidating the connections and contributory ties between policy, poverty, behaviour, entrepreneurship and socio-economic status through the combination of creative field experiments and rigorous empirical analysis through international collaborations. Prof. Baral has working exposure with governments, multinational non-governmental organisations, corporations & academic institutions through different programmes. He is also a NAAC Assessor (Peer-team Member), Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India and significantly, has contributed a National Level Policy Paper on Higher Education Scenario of Chhattisgarh State to the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. Prof. Baral has contributed more than 150 Research Papers in different referred National and International Journals (including Scopus, ABDC & UGC Care Listed) to his credit. He has authored 14 books and edited 18 books (out of which 7 are at Scopus). He has worked with the renowned global publishers like Emerald, IGI Global, Taylor & Francis, Sage, Springer, etc. Prof. Baral has 28 years of rich experience in academia by holding several important positions at various levels and is currently working as Senior Professor, Department of Commerce, Faculty of Commerce & Management at Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (A Central University of Government of India), Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has authored 18 reference books, edited 16 books (out of 7 are at Scopus) and contributed 12 e-Resources. He has conferred with 35 National and International Awards and has earned 6 Indian Copyrights & 5 Patents to his credit. He is the Chief Editor of the ‘Splint International Journal of Professionals’, a Quarterly Peer Reviewed Multidisciplinary Journal, ISSN 2349 – 6045 (P), 2583 – 3561 (O).
