Introduction

The most important element of every company's success in business is an efficient human resource management system. Effective human resources in each functional area act as the backbone of the organization. Any organization depends on the efficiency of human resource management because everything from selecting talented employees to appointing them to work, eliminating problems arising in work, providing them timely training, ensuring quality production to employees, etc. Something depends on the efficiency of human resource management. Along with motivating employees and taking a company's products global, modern trends such as efficient globalization, an innovative economy, integration, and technological advancements are driving nations and businesses to develop new ways to maintain a competitive advantage. We do. Human resources as a whole are important in improving the performance and individual capabilities of an employee. In today's time, employees are being seen as valuable assets which are the result of human resource management which has proved to be a boon for the employees. Therefore, it would not be an exaggeration to say that human resource management is playing a vital role in ensuring the advancement of technology and how to develop quality products and services while peacefully dealing with the competition. In the absence of skilled human resources, it is very difficult to take over production work from employees at the workplace and can also pose a threat to the labor market. Human resources are a key component of business success. Career development of employees completely depends on human resources because human resources provide valuable suggestions to the employees at the workplace, as a result of which employees show their potential by using limited resources efficiently and eligible employees get future career opportunities. Companies adopt a variety of recruitment strategies; some employ employees who already have the required qualifications and experience or select fresh inexperienced employees and put them through training programs to enhance their knowledge, skills and caliber. Today, every organization does not shy away from exploiting employees in order to earn profit, but human resources talk about the welfare of the employees. In the age of technology the importance of human resources is increasing rapidly which is playing an important role in discovering new elements to develop new benefits.
