Abstract

The 4th Industrial Revolution is transforming the way that businesses operate and has had a profound impact on the field of entrepreneurial education. With the rapid pace of technological change and innovation, entrepreneurs need to be equipped with a diverse range of skills and competencies to succeed. This includes digital literacy, which is essential for navigating the digital landscape of the 4th Industrial Revolution, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset, which emphasizes creativity, innovation, risk-taking, and adaptability. Interdisciplinary knowledge is also becoming increasingly important, as entrepreneurs must be able to understand the complex interplay between technology, business, and society. Additionally, collaborative, and experiential learning can help entrepreneurs to develop practical skills, build networks, and gain real-world experience.In this context, the aim of the study is to is to shed light on the 4th Industrial Revolution and its impact on entrepreneurial education benefiting from the recent studies in the literature.

Industry 4.0, also known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is a technological transformation that is reshaping the way we live and work. This revolution is characterized by the integration of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, robotics, and big data analytics into industrial processes. These technologies are being used to create “smart factories” that are more efficient, productive, and sustainable. Industry 4.0 is also driving changes in the workforce, as new skills and competencies are required to operate and maintain these advanced technologies. As the Fourth Industrial Revolution continues to evolve, it is expected to have a profound impact on the global economy, creating new opportunities and challenges for businesses and workers alike (Shaturaev, 2022).

Industry 4.0 is not only reshaping the way we work but also the way we learn. The integration of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data analytics into industrial processes has created a demand for a new set of skills and competencies in the workforce. This demand is driving changes in the education sector, as schools and universities are adapting their curriculum to prepare students for the jobs of the future.
