Reviews & Statements

Brave book! Although it deals with technology, it does not rule out the human approach to human resources management. A must-read book… Teresa Torres-Coronas and Mario Arias-Olivia do an outstanding job at capturing the essence of how IT is changing traditional human resource management. It is for both academicians and practitioners since it integrates the latest theories in HRM with real-world examples.
