IGI Global, a leading medium-sized independent international academic publisher, has continued its collaboration with Carolina Consortium, a large group of diverse libraries, to provide a new opt-in for Carolina Consortium member institutions to set up Open Access Agreements with IGI Global to support their faculty in publishing under OA in IGI Global’s full portfolio of 175+ highly cited (Web of Science SCIE and SSCI and more) OA journals.

IGI Global, a leading medium-sized independent international academic publisher of scholarly reference sources, has continued its collaboration with the the Greater Western Library Alliance (GWLA), a large group of diverse libraries, to provide a new opt-in for GWLA member institutions to set up an Open Access Agreements with IGI Global to support their faculty in publishing under OA in IGI Global’s full portfolio of 175+ highly cited (Web of Science SCIE, SSCI, and more) OA journals.

For the third year in a row, IGI Global took part in Nova Southeastern University’s Annual Power Publishing Day with their presentation entitled, “Unlock the Potential of Your Research: Benefits of Publishing Under Open Access.”

With the rapid growth of the open access (OA) movement, we understand that there has been significant confusion surrounding open science, which is why we deployed a survey to garner feedback about OA publishing from the perspectives of researchers who have undergone the process.

IGI Global, international academic publisher, has recently integrated with CORE, the world’s largest aggregator of open access research papers from existing repositories and journals.

In scholarly publishing, open access (OA) has become widely associated with journal publishing, but what many do not realize is that OA models are also available for full book publishing, even if the book was originally published behind a paywall.

Nova Southeastern University's Alvin Sherman Library will host their 8th annual Power Publishing Day to enable researchers and the academic community to seek answers to their publishing questions on the most pressing topics of today from the publishers themselves, as well as researchers and NSU faculty.
