Sang-Bing Tsai of the International Engineering and Technology Institute and Wei Liu of Qingdao University, who are the EiCs of Journal of Organizational and End User Computing (JOEUC) and the International Journal of Information Technologies and Systems Approach (IJITSA ) to hear their thoughts, outlook, and mission for leading two open access journals.
